The ground floor of this Florida vacation home consists of a private entrances perfect for a couple or for a small family with lots of room to relax. A large sitting/bedroom area adjoins an equally roomy kitchen/dining area plus French doors open onto a cozy patio with grilling area. A Murphy bed provides additional sleeping for extra guests. This floor of the Gulf Coast Florida house rental is tiled throughout, perfect for coming in from the beach.

Enter on the second floor into a spacious two story living/dining room plus an adjoining kitchen with breakfast bar.
Step out the front sliding glass doors of your Florida vacation house onto the front porch, great for basking in the Florida sun. Or if you prefer a shaded retreat, relax on the screened-in side porch which expands your living space. This floor also includes the master suite with a king-sized bed and large bath with jacuzzi.  Behind the kitchen is an artsy designed half bath, another room with an  additional refrigerator, wall unit ironing board and a pair of washer/dryer.

The top floor features a queen bedroom suite ( a private full bath )with adjoining sitting room (with couch and TV) and wet bar (kithenette),
a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a full bed, a hall full bath and a kid’s loft area with a full mattress ( includes a window view ). The suite offers a separate entrance directly to the outdoor stairs.

Included is a private saline swimming pool, golf cart and barbeque area. Come in from the beach and relax poolside while the hamburgers grill.
